When fewer than two hours remain before an appointment, the system may no longer permit an online cancellation or modification. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or delays may be subject to additional booking and cancellation rules published by the Barbershop.

7. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We also do not share personal information with third parties for advertising based on your activities across different websites or applications.
We may disclose limited information to:
Service Providers
We may use service providers that help us host, maintain, secure, and operate the application. Our technology infrastructure may be hosted using Microsoft Azure.
These providers may process only the information reasonably necessary to perform the contracted services and are subject to applicable privacy and security obligations.
The Barbershop and Authorized Personnel

8. Sale and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use appointment information to create advertising profiles about our customers.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be affected by a security incident.
